I was hiding in the bathroom with the blow dryer going, so I wouldn't have to hear my sweet baby crying...I myself was crying and praying to have the strength to not run and pick her up. It was hard, but worked. It took us about a month, but she learned to fall asleep alone (no one told me not to nurse her to sleep.)
